As a branch of SpeedTrader.com, you are in business for yourself but not by yourself. We will provide the execution and back office support to make your branch a success. We let you create and market your own branch identity which allows you to either maintain your current branding or create a complimentary brand name with other services that you already provide.

Compliance

In addition to marketing, each branch is required to conduct their business in accordance with our internal policies and procedures as well as those found in the FINRAManual. The Branch Manager of each Branch will be responsible for reviewing trading activity as well as maintaining proper records for each of their traders.

Customer Support

Perhaps one of the most important facets of the success of your branch will depend on the relationships that you cultivate while working with your traders. You will be in contact with your traders every step of the way from their initial contact through bringing them on board as a customer. The Branch is responsible for sending out the proper account documentation and forwarding such documentation to our back office in Dallas, Texas where we will set up the accounts and send out the proper documentation to you and your trader once the account has been set up.

Hardware & Connectivity

The sourcing and administration of hardware and connectivity is the responsibility of the Branch. Through our Branch Implementation Methodology, we will assist you by providing our system requirements and required vendors.
