Guy Gentile
Chief Executive Officer

Guy Gentile is chief executive officer of Stock USA Investments, Inc. Since founding the company in 1999, Guy has led Stock USA to become one of the fastest growing brokerage firms, executing 800 million shares in April 2007.

A leader in his field, Guy consistently motivates his talented, energetic team to think outside the box. As a result, Stock USA has provided the trading community access to one of the fastest and most reliable technology without the excessive costs associated with traditional brokers.

Before founding Stock USA, Guy trained and successfully traded in a leading brokerage firm. Due to Guy's extensive knowledge of the direct access trading, he is a well-respected in the industry.

Guy is registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers and has successfully completed the requirements to be licensed as an General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal, Options Principal, Uniform Securities Agent and Equity Trader.  

Timothy Looney
Chief Compliance and Financial Officer

Timothy Looney is the compliance and financial officer of Stock USA Investments, Inc. Timothy joined Stock USA in January 2007.

Timothy has worked in the brokerage industry for over 15 years. Timothy has worked for several brokerage firms through out his career. Timothy has a broad background in the financial service industry along with an extensive experience in financial, compliance and brokerage operations.

Timothy is registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers and has successfully completed the requirements to be licensed as a General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal, Uniform Securities Agent, NYSE Supervisor, NYSE Branch Manager and Financial and Operations Principal.

Timothy earned a BS from the St. Joseph’s University in Pennsylvania. Timothy is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Daniel Bardelli
Chief Operations Officer

Daniel Bardelli is the chief operations officer of Stock USA Investments, Daniel joined SpeedTrader in 1999 and is responsible for the brokerage operations and compliance departments.

Daniel has worked in the brokerage industry for over 10 years and has extensive experience in the areas of compliance, trading, and brokerage operations. Daniel previously worked for a high volume Wall Street trading firm where he was director of compliance and operations.

Daniel is registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers and has successfully completed the requirements to be licensed as an General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal, Options Principal, Municipal Securities Principal, Uniform Securities Agent and Equity Trader.

Daniel earned a BA from the State University of New York.

Maria Barry
Sales/Support Manager

Maria Barry is the sales manager at Stock USA Investments, Maria is responsible for all aspects of marketing and sales activities. Maria has helped develop SpeedTrader’s policy to assist in promoting sales and customer support.

Maria brings a broad knowledge of the online discount brokerage industry to her current position as well as a keen understanding of how to effectively position an organization within identified market sectors. Before joining SpeedTrader in 2000, Maria worked for a leading New York discount brokerage firm where she honed her skills and developed significant relationships with industry leaders.

Maria is registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers and has successfully completed the requirements to be licensed as an General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal, Options Principal, Uniform Securities Agent and Equity Trader.
